Diversity is Strength

I have lived here my whole life.

Now, thanks to the Pride Festival and Rainbow banners all over downtown, I live in a 'Gay town'.

When I visit other places and people ask me where I am from, they are either going to A. Punch me in the face. or B. Hit on me.

I guess whatever doesn't kill me, will only make me stonger.

Yes there is. The more diverse a population, the more different alleles are in the DNA of the population, therefore the more to draw from in the gene pool. The gene pool contains the raw materials of the next generation,The more diverse an ecosystem, the more resources there are to draw from.Diversity brings many ideas and ways of doing things. Look at the USA very diverse. Where there may be a weakness in one area, there is probably a strength to compensate for it.
